Vallejo – US Navy & USMC Colors 1940 – 1945

Set with 8 Model Air colors in 17ml. developed for painting the principal camouflage patterns of most of the US NAVY & USMC aircraft used in WWII.

M-485 Blue Gray (FS 35189): Color used for upper surface, combined with M-496, since August 1941 to the beginning of 1943. M-495 Light Gray (FS 36357): Monochromatic color scheme for all aircraft surfaces starting December 1940 until summer 1941 and for lower surfaces, combined with M-485, starting August 1941 until January 1943. ANA 601 Insignia White (FS 37875): Color used for numbers, insignias, etc. during the entire War. For lower surfaces, a tricolor scheme (ANA 607/ANA 608/ANA 601) was used from January 1943 to June 1944. Lower surface and sides color scheme ASW I & II Atlantic Zone. ANA 607 NS Sea Blue (FS 35042): Upper surface tricolor scheme (ANA 607/ANA 608/ANA 601), from January 1943 until June 1944. ANA 608 Intermediate Blue (FS 35164): Side fuselage tricolor scheme (ANA 607/ANA 608/ANA 601), from January 1943 until June 1944. ANA 620 Light Gull Gray (FS 36440): Side fuselaje color scheme ASW I Atlantic Zone(ANA 621/ANA 620/ANA 601), from January 1943 until the end of the war. ANA 621 Dark Gull Gray (FS 36231): Upper surface color scheme ASW I & II Atlantic Zone (ANA 621/ANA 620/ANA 601), from January 1943 until the end of the war. ANA 623 Glossy Sea Blue (FS 15042): Monochromatic color scheme for all aircraft surfaces from June 1944 until the end of the war. This color is the same as ANA 607 but with a gloss finish.

We ship all items via Australia Post Mail. Customers in the Australia will generally receive packages by Australia Post tracked Mail.

Postage is calculated into 3 distinct weight AND volume categories being small, medium and large. Delivery confirmation/tracking is included with all domestic orders. You will receive an e-mail with the information when your order ships. It will also be noted on your order.

If you wish to use another method / carrier (FedEx/UPS/DHL), please choose “offline order” at checkout and contact us to work out the details. Please note that we do not have FedEx, DHL or UPS accounts and there will be an extra charge if we have to drive to the nearest office to ship the package. We will, however, gladly bill the freight to your account and call for a pickup.
