AK Interactive – Satin Varnish – 60ml

Standard satin varnish now available in 60 ml jars at a more competitive price, this waterborne acrylic varnish allows the modeller to easily apply a satin (semi-gloss) finish to any kind of kit and surface. It can be applied directly from the bottle using both airbrush or brush – just shake it and use it! Our varnish is soluble in water, meaning that you won’t have odours as you would experience from the more aggressive, solvent-based varnishes. It can be thinned with AK712 acrylic thinner or water if necessary.

We ship all items via Australia Post Mail. Customers in the Australia will generally receive packages by Australia Post tracked Mail.

Postage is calculated into 3 distinct weight AND volume categories being small, medium and large. Delivery confirmation/tracking is included with all domestic orders. You will receive an e-mail with the information when your order ships. It will also be noted on your order.

If you wish to use another method / carrier (FedEx/UPS/DHL), please choose “offline order” at checkout and contact us to work out the details. Please note that we do not have FedEx, DHL or UPS accounts and there will be an extra charge if we have to drive to the nearest office to ship the package. We will, however, gladly bill the freight to your account and call for a pickup.

Regardless of shipping method, we will ship to the address you list on your order in our system. Please ensure that the address listed on the order as “Ship-to” is where you want the order to be sent.
