“Kansas Tornado II” P-47D-25-RE, serial number 42-26742. 510th FS, 405 FG, 9th Air Force. Flown by Capt. Howard Curran. Based at St. Dizier, France, Fall, 1944. Natural metal finish with dark blue nose ring and canopy frames. Note cutback cowl flaps and Curtiss Electric 13′ paddle bladed propeller.

“Angie” P-47D-27-RE, serial number 42-26860. 512th FS, 406th, FG 9th Air Force. Flown by Col. Anthony Grosetta. Based at Asch, Belgium, early 1945. Natural metal finish yellow trim and polished olive drab (not black) tailplanes. Note Curtiss Electric 13′ paddle bladed propeller and lighter blue stripe on the tail.

“Little Ann” P- 47D-27-RE, Serial number 42-26922. 512th FS, 406th, FG 9th Air Force. Pilot unknown. Based at Asch, Belgium, early 1945. Natural metal finish yellow trim. Lower fuselage splattered with dried mud. Note Curtiss Electric 13′ paddle bladed propeller and dark blue stripe on the tail (overlay blue stripe from addendum sheet).

We ship all items via Australia Post Mail. Customers in the Australia will generally receive packages by Australia Post tracked Mail.

Postage is calculated into 3 distinct weight AND volume categories being small, medium and large. Delivery confirmation/tracking is included with all domestic orders. You will receive an e-mail with the information when your order ships. It will also be noted on your order.

If you wish to use another method / carrier (FedEx/UPS/DHL), please choose “offline order” at checkout and contact us to work out the details. Please note that we do not have FedEx, DHL or UPS accounts and there will be an extra charge if we have to drive to the nearest office to ship the package. We will, however, gladly bill the freight to your account and call for a pickup.

Regardless of shipping method, we will ship to the address you list on your order in our system. Please ensure that the address listed on the order as “Ship-to” is where you want the order to be sent.
