1/32 Scale – Barracuda Studios – Vought F4U-1 Corsair – Early Engine Upgrade Set

This set consists of a pair of detailed early style distributors and duplex-style ignition harness ring for F4U-1, and early F4U-1A Corsairs. This high pressure ignition system was prone to failure in flight and was replaced on later models by the style found in the kit. Stubs have pilot holes for drilling out and fitting plug wires. Designed to fit Tamiya’s kit, but can be adapted to other Corsairs.

We ship all items via Australia Post Mail. Customers in the Australia will generally receive packages by Australia Post tracked Mail.

Postage is calculated into 3 distinct weight AND volume categories being small, medium and large. Delivery confirmation/tracking is included with all domestic orders. You will receive an e-mail with the information when your order ships. It will also be noted on your order.

If you wish to use another method / carrier (FedEx/UPS/DHL), please choose “offline order” at checkout and contact us to work out the details. Please note that we do not have FedEx, DHL or UPS accounts and there will be an extra charge if we have to drive to the nearest office to ship the package. We will, however, gladly bill the freight to your account and call for a pickup.

Regardless of shipping method, we will ship to the address you list on your order in our system. Please ensure that the address listed on the order as “Ship-to” is where you want the order to be sent.
